RENT COLLECTION SERVICE - 8%

  • Vetting tenants: We will collate employment references, confirmation of previous home status, identification, right to rent check and credit check all tenants
  • We will draw up a tenancy agreement outlining terms and responsibilities
  • Collecting and managing the rent monthly
  • Full bond registration with a government authorised body
  • Liaising with third parties on your behalf for example gas safety engineers and tenant check in/check out
  • Organising return of tenants deposit
  • Arrange tenancy renewal

MANAGEMENT SERVICE - 11%

  • Includes all of the rent collection services, plus:
  • We know how properties work and should there be any problems, we are on hand with an agreed figure to organise any repairs or maintenance work that is required
  • Property inspections twice a year to keep you updated
  • Organising annual gas safety certificate
  • Informing utility providers of new occupancy with meter readings
  • We can arrange any works you may like carried out before a tenancy commences for an additional agreed fee

 

Additional fees:

 

  • Administration fee: £300 towards referencing/administration
  • Renewal fee: £100
  • Deposit bonding fee: £50

 

Other services include:

 

  • Booking a gas safety certificate £108.00
  • Booking an energy performance certificate £90.00
  • Booking an inventory and check in/out (this cost will vary depending on size of property)
  • Bonding the deposit with a government scheme £50.00
