Rent collection service 8%
One contact from start to finish. We will market your property, source tenants, vet tenants, prepare contracts and advise on the latest legal requirements. Our fee is taken monthly and we collect the rent for you. We can also organise gas or electric certificates, inventories and professional cleans.
Full management service 11%
Includes the rent collection service but we will also manage any issues that arise during the tenancy. We will also inspect your property and prepare a condition report, take meter readings, transfer utilities and organise annual gas safety certificates.
Our tenant referencing process is thorough and carried out by a third party professional referencing company. They will carry out credit checks, right to rent checks, employment references and landlord reference if applicable.
We can help with everything that may arise from letting your property, from things like inventories and safety certificates to cleaning and key cutting.
