Try to keep your property presenting well, tidying up and cleaning will make a big impact when a prospective tenant views your property. Try not to worry too much about moving things and decluttering tenants will understand that you still live there.

Post & Utilities
Make sure you redirect your post, and organise the transfer of your utilities. If we manage your property, we will help with transferring the utilities into the tenants name. We will also take meter readings.
Inventory
Having an inventory carried out when letting property is not a legal requirement. However, we highly recommend one is carried out by an independent inventory company. This will protect you and your property should a dispute arise.
